Shipping
All Oricle orders are processed within 1 business day and ship via standard tracked service. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase. Any adjustment requests submitted after shipment will not be accommodated. The customer is required to accept delivery of the order and may initiate a return or exchange only in accordance with our official Return Policy.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not delighted with your Oricle purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A $4.95 processing fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@oriclehearing.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a printable return label to send back your order.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the return label creation date.
Return Requirements
- Item must be undamaged and in its original packaging (all accessories, manuals, and inserts included).
- Packages marked "Return to Sender" cannot be processed.
- Refund requests made after 30 days from delivery will be refused.
- Returns shipped after 7 days of the return label creation date will be rejected and ineligible for a refund.
- All returns must be accepted and approved by our support team. Unverified returns will not be accepted and will be ineligible for a refund.
Exchanges
- Email us within 30 days to request an exchange or replacement.
- If the item is of equal value, we waive the $4.95 fee—you cover the return shipping only.
- We’ll ship your replacement once approved.
International Returns
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping and inbound duties are your responsibility.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return.
- Your bank may take up to 10 business days to post the credit.
