Shipping

All Oricle orders are processed within 1 business day and ship via standard tracked service. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not delighted with your Oricle purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A $4.95 processing fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

  • Email [email protected] or contact us here with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll reply within 1 business day with the return address and your deadline (14 days from that email).
  • Ship the item before the deadline using a trackable service (return postage is your responsibility).

Return Requirements

  • Items must be undamaged and in original packaging (all accessories, manuals, and inserts included).
  • Packages marked “Return to Sender” cannot be processed.
  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery will be refused.

Exchanges

  • Email us within 30 days to request an exchange or replacement.
  • If the item is of equal value, we waive the $4.95 fee—you cover the return shipping only.
  • We’ll ship your replacement once approved.

International Returns

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping and inbound duties are your responsibility.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return.
  • Your bank may take up to 10 business days to post the credit.
